About the Internship
Adv Ridhima Goyal is hiring. The internship offers practical exposure in litigation and dispute resolution matters across various courts, tribunals, and authorities in Delhi. Selected interns will work closely on drafting, legal research, procedural work, and case management assignments.
Eligibility Candidates applying for the internship should:
1. Be fourth-year or final-year law students
2. Have a strong command of the English language and legal drafting
3. Possess a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution
4. Be able to work under strict timelines in a dynamic litigation environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Assisting in matters before courts, tribunals, and authorities in Delhi
- Attending court visits and assisting in briefing and procedural work
- Supporting client coordination and case management activities.
