About the Job
Anveshan is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Legal & Compliance for its Gurugram office.
The role involves handling legal drafting, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and supporting transaction and fundraising processes.
- Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements Assist in transaction documentation (SHA, SSA, SPA) Ensure compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, and labour laws Handle regulatory compliances including FSSAI and factory-related matters Support fundraising and investment processes
- Eligibility: LL.B. / CS / Semi-qualified CS Minimum 1+ year of experience in legal services Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
